Counseling Programs
Girls Incorporated of Greater Santa Barbara provides individual and group counseling for girls ages 5 - 18 years and their families.
Counselors have a specific focus on the needs of girls.
Issues of particular emphasis include:
• Self-esteem
• Body image
• Divorce
• Loss
• Anxiety
• Anger
• Friendship skills and peer relationships
Counseling services are available to all girls in the greater Santa Barbara community.
